Vice Chair: Michael T. Moran Managing Director Allstate Investments | Purpose The Multifamily Council serves as a broad policy-making body on multifamily finance issues. The Council provides extensive opportunity for participation by member firms from the Agency, Insurance, Banking and Financial Services, and the CMBS Issuance industry. A Steering Committee oversees the work of subcommittees and working groups focused on the multifamily programs of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration and Ginnie Mae.

The Council also provides a forum for discussion and acts as a vetting platform for issues identified at the CMBS and Portfolio Servicers Roundtables. The Council has primary responsibility for the content for the annual MBA Commercial Servicing and Technology Conference.
