Current Initiatives » Accomplishments » Committee Roster » | Purpose Collect, evaluate and disseminate information on financing of multifamily housing, including conventional, FHA-insured and GSE products and programs. Work with conventional investors, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae on the smooth functioning of the secondary market for multifamily loans. Study and encourage improvements in all aspects of FHA-insured loan programs. Work with public agencies and private groups to encourage, develop and disseminate information on programs supporting development of multifamily housing for low- and moderate-income persons.
