David G. Kittle, CMB, Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), is currently Executive Vice President of Vision Mortgage Capital, LLC a division of American Home Bank located in Pennsylvania. He opened his own company, Associates Mortgage Group, in 1994 and sold it in 2006.

Kittle has been active in the Mortgage Banking industry since 1978. Beginning with American Fletcher Mortgage Company as a top producing loan originator he moved to the management side in 1986.

Robert E. Story, Jr., CMB, Chairman-Elect of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), is President and Chief Executive Officer of Seattle Financial Group, parent company to Seattle Mortgage, Seattle Bank, Seattle Insurance Group, Seattle Capital and Seattle Escrow. He oversees the management of these business units to ensure strategic alignment with the company's overall goals. The company, originally founded in 1944 as Seattle Mortgage, is a family owned and operated business now in its third generation of serving the home finance and banking needs of the greater Puget Sound area, as well as other western states.

Michael D. Berman, CMB, Vice Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), is a founder, principal, and member of the Board of Managers of CWFinancial Services, and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CWCapital. He joined the CW companies in 1985. CWCapital is a national lender to the multifamily and commercial real estate industry, with over 135 employees in 10 offices throughout the U.S. Berman oversees strategic planning and operations for all of the Company's loan programs: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, conduit, bridge, mezzanine and balance sheet whole loans. In addition, he provides strategic input for the Company's vertical integration business plan, as he serves on the Boards of CW Financial Services, CWCapital Investments and CWCapital Asset Management.

John A. Courson is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Courson has been involved in the mortgage industry for more than 40 years and served as Chairman of MBA in 2003.

Courson began his lifelong career in mortgage banking working for Kassler & Co., in Denver, Colorado, during summers in high school and college. Before completing his degree, he began originating loans as a producing branch manager in a two-person production office in a Denver suburb.
