MBA has six residential committees that report to the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG), and there are four subcommittees established by RESBOG with chairs that report to the full committee chair.

The Quality Assurance Subcommittee identifies, studies and evaluates key risk management, quality controls, and mortgage fraud issues, and provides policy guidance as appropriate.
