Opening General Session: National Fraud Prevention Efforts Outlook

Fraud in Loss Mitigation and Loan Modifications

Across the country, lenders and servicers are combating the adverse effects resulting from the drastic increase in loan modification fraud as well as foreclosure rescue scams.
