WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 11, 2007)-The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) today announced the appointment of David Schultz as Senior Director of Education Operations
for CampusMBA, MBA’s award-winning educational arm.
David previously served as the Director of Workplace Learning and Performance for Sawyer Realty Holdings, a real estate investment
firm specializing in multifamily housing ownership and property management. In this capacity, David was responsible for leading
all organizational development and effectiveness initiatives while managing certification programs, onboarding, and leadership
development activities. Additionally, David served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1991 - 1994.

and Chief Executive Officer. "David’s experiences within the real estate field, as well as his military background, make him

David’s industry experience also includes serving as Training Supervisor for Quadel Consulting Corporation where he managed
the nationwide training efforts for multifamily housing, low income housing tax credits, and several other affordable housing
programs. Furthermore, David’s experience also includes community and economic development and regulatory compliance consulting
for HUD and state, county and local governments with Aspen Systems Corporation and TONYA, Inc.
As Senior Director of Education Operations, David will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of the Education
Department. This includes helping to manage the global educational program, CampusMBA, to develop, launch, and conduct education
and training for residential and commercial real estate finance professionals and related business employees. Furthermore,
David will manage residential and commercial member education committees to recognize, develop, and achieve member and association
educational policy and product priorities. He will also help coordinate oversight of development of curriculum, faculty,
CE credits and accreditation and certification programs and will assist with development and maintenance of advisory groups
of experts who will help in developing value-added courses.
David received a BS degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) Fredonia and earned his MBA from the University of
Maryland. Additionally, he has an MPA from Syracuse University. David is currently a doctoral student at George Washington
University focusing on human and organizational learning with a focus on leadership development.
