Boston, MA (May 5, 2008) – CampusMBA, the award winning education division of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), today announced the launch of
its new residential secondary and capital markets workshop series during MBA's National Secondary Market Conference and Expo
in Boston. The workshop series is designed to raise awareness of key business issues facing the residential secondary markets
while addressing causes, implications and possible resolutions for industry professionals and organizations.
"CampusMBA is focused on helping businesses adapt to the new realities of the secondary and capital markets," said John Golden,
MBA's Senior Vice President of Education. "This new series of workshops addresses key issues with a focus on providing strategies,

The residential secondary and capital market workshop series is issue-focused, hands-on and covers topics from measuring risk
in the mortgage supply chain to secondary market strategies and pipeline management.
