The first workshop addressing blanket insurance coverage will be held on November 12. Bernie Brown, President of Insurance Advisors, will lead the in-depth program that will dive into issues surrounding blanket coverages.  Participants will be able to explore the risks associated with blanket policies and appropriate documentation of blanket insurance provisions. Loan servicers will specifically benefit from a discussion of compliance issues including an analysis of blanket coverage.
