Don't miss MBA's upcoming workshop to help you effectively implement the new RESPA requirements

RESPA Ready 2010 - What You Need to Know to Comply

Even though the new RESPA forms are now in effect, we all recognize that many questions remain concerning them. Due to the popularity of MBA's day-long December RESPA workshops, we have added an additional RESPA workshop in early February in Washington, D.C. The sessions have gotten outstanding reviews thus far and we are continuing to improve them to address up-to-the-minute concerns.

Dates

Space is limited and spots are filling up fast. REGISTER NOW.

02/04/10 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET
Washington, D.C.

Please Note: The January 26 Phoenix workshop has been postponed.

Download an updated DC agenda.

The sessions provide a deep dive into the forms and rules, all current guidance, strategies for compliance as well as the best hands-on opportunity to consult with HUD, lender and legal experts.

To make sure you are on-track, MBA has developed unique, in-depth one-day workshops that will not only review all the new requirements, but will also provide real-time strategies to best comply.

Panelists will dive deeply into:

  • A detailed review of the new GFE and HUD-1 forms
  • Major issues from the FAQs and the Rule, including wholesale channels, provider lists, and state law issues to name a few,
  • The best strategies to address these concerns
