Please contact Travel Incorporated, MBA’s official travel agency, to take advantage of special discounts on airfare and car rentals. You can make your travel arrangements Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day. A proposed schedule will be sent to you immediately. Reservations will include 5–10 percent savings depending on the destination and meeting. You may also call our official air carriers and car rental agencies directly.

American Airlines Discounts
Please ask your travel or airline agent to use MBA’s airline code when making your conference travel arrangements. Using the appropriate airline code will ensure discount savings for you and help MBA track its airline volume. Please refer to your conference registration confirmation letter for airline codes and applicability.

Hotel Information
The discounted hotel rate cutoff date does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the cutoff date, you will receive the discounted hotel rate. After the cutoff date, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only, and you will be charged the regular hotel rate.

In order to receive MBA's special negotiated room rate, please contact the hotel directly and state that you will be attending the Mortgage Bankers Association's conference.

Please Note:
All reservations made within the MBA block must be for an active registration to the associated conference. MBA will monitor reservations on a regular basis. Any reservation that remains unaccompanied by an active registration for the conference will be subject to cancellation.

A credit card valid through the month in which the event takes place is required to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit at the time the reservation is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.

To avoid possible early checkout fees, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

All suite requests will be pre-approved by MBA and assigned on a priority basis to active sponsors and exhibitors.
