| David G. Kittle, CMB, is Chairman-Elect of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and President and Chief Executive Officer of Principle Wholesale Lending Inc. in Louisville, Ky.
Active in the mortgage banking industry since 1978, Kittle started with American Fletcher Mortgage Co. and became a top loan originator before moving to management in 1986. In 1994 he opened his own company, Associates Mortgage Group Inc., and sold it in January 2006. He also has worked with Jefferson Mortgage Group, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Bank One and Citicorp Mortgage.
Kittle is a former chairman of MORPAC, MBA's political action committee, a former vice chairman of the MBA Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) and is a member of MBA's Advisory Committee. He is also a past president of the Louisville and Kentucky mortgage banking associations and has been an active member of the "RESPA At Ready" task force.
Kittle also is a member of the Fannie Mae Advisory Council, the Kentucky Partnership Office and is past chairman of the Ethics and Standards of Practice Committee of the Louisville MBA.
