The Scholarship Award Task Force reviews candidate applications on a quarterly basis. The task force awards scholarships quarterly, based on availability of scholarship funds. The task force then reviews the application packages and renders a decision based on the candidates' eligibility, essay question answers, and letters of recommendation.
