Submit Scholarship Application

Step 1. Complete the required scholarship application documents and acquire your letter of recommendation per the Scholarship Application guidelines.

Step 2. Complete the following form.

Step 3. Attach the required documents in the required formats (MS Word or Adobe PDF). To attach the documents, click on "Click Here to Attach files." Upload the files in "File Attachment" box and then click "Save."

Step 4. Return to this screen, check to be sure that all fields have been populated, and click on "Submit."

Step 5. Should you be selected for a scholarship, a Path to Diversity representative will contact you after the review, within 90 days of the application deadline date.
