How Your Company Participates
Companies participating in the Path to Diversity program benefit greatly by working with their employees from under-represented segments of the community and assisting them to advance their careers through education. Companies can participate by sponsoring scholarships for employees of participating companies.
Your company can participate in two ways:

Become a participating company. When you submit your signed employer application, your eligible employees may apply for a scholarship. Your signature verifies your commitment to supporting a Path to Diversity candidate in the program (assuming responsibility for hotel and travel expenses as needed). It further states your company's commitment to diversity initiatives. Download the affidavit here.

Become a participating sponsor company. When you submit your signed employer application:

• Eligible employees of any participating company may apply for a scholarship
• Your company logo will appear on the corporate sponsor page
• A company representative may participate on the scholarship application review committee
