Mortgage Bankers Association President and CEO David Stevens will address the Washington Exchequer Club this afternoon.

Stevens will address a number of key issues, including the housing market; the recent Qualified Mortgage rule from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; housing reform and other perspectives.
